【摘要】压疮，又称压力性溃疡， 一般是由于部分组织长时间受到压力作用， 血流不畅， 连续缺血、缺氧， 营养不足而导致的一些组织结构的溃烂甚至是坏死[1]。压疮好发于长期卧床患者骨隆突处，如骶尾部、髋部、足跟等处。严重者则需手术治疗，为老年压疮患者选择正确的手术体位，是保障手术顺利进行的关键，老年压疮患者手术体位的选择与摆放不仅要使术者手术视野最佳，还要注重老年患者的舒适度与安全感。
